Company located in Bogotá Colombia, dedicated to provide cyclic and massive information processing services nationwide. Within its main services, it has an agreement with Asopagos for the exchange with other operators and with the banks of the system, allowing companies and independent workers to make the social security declaration and payment (PILA).
They successfully completed the implementation of its basic processes using SmartERP / Idempiere with SmartJSP as a strategic partner in consulting and implementation.

In this project we integrated in the same environment 100% WEB the processes of advanced billing of services, the operative, administrative, financial and accounting processes, payroll, budget, fixed assets and integrated spreadsheet management; replacing more than 4 isolated systems, fulfilling global standards, developing autonomy skills in operation and customization and with the possibility of scalability over time.
During our implementation plan, we trained operators, functional and technical users to work autonomously and with internal support, allowing us to have a tool that evolves with the company and the business without supplier dependencies.

At the managerial level, the following improvements were evident:
- Costs: The company Jaime Torres C y Cía, in recent years has been generating large investments in applications and infrastructure that did not meet the needs. With our business model, they made an investment in the services that generated value and helped them to have the autonomy they wanted.
- Productivity: All areas increased productivity rates thanks to having an integrated solution that eliminated duplicated processes and generates the appropriate reports. The technology area adopted the tool for level 1 and 2 support with product autonomy for reports, notifications, etc.
- Profitability: Thanks to having a single solution for all the processes of the company that generate consolidated information, the decision making and the control of the issues improved in their response time allowing to guide the efforts where it was required increasing the profitability of the company.
- Satisfaction: The internal users as well as the external customer fulfill their basic objectives and are in the process of optimizing their processes and operations with the new solution.
