Business group located in Bogotá Colombia, which provides integral services in fleet management and maintenance for the automotive sector as well as cargo transportation services.
Included the integrated successful completion of the Adempiere ERP implementation (2 years) and subsequent upgrade to Idempiere / SmartERP with SmartJSP as a strategic partner in consulting and implementation
Solution: SmartVehiculos: Fleet management, Point of Sales (SmartPOS), maintenance & ERP integrated sofwtare.
Project for four (4) companies in the transport sector that required integration of all their administrative, operational and financial operations of the sector.
This project integrates companies within the same 100% WEB environment, replacing more than 6 isolated systems, complying with global standards and with the possibility of scalability over time.
During our implementation plan, we train users on advanced technical issues to modify and extend the product according to market and internal needs, allowing us to maintain a tool that evolves with the company and the business.

Regarding management, the following improvements were evident:
- Costs: The business group year after year had large investments in applications and infrastructure that did not meet the needs. With our business model they made an investment in the services that generated value and helped them to have the autonomy they wanted
- Productivity: All areas increased productivity rates thanks to having an integrated solution that eliminated duplicate processes and generates the appropriate reports
- Time: Due to the time dedicated to registration, consolidation, review and presentation of information, the indicator significantly decreased substantially
- Satisfaction: Both the Internal customer and the External customer are above the initial goal since they perceived that the solution is a tool that helps them in their day-to-day processes
