Communications Company with headquarters in Panama; one of the main cell phone resellers of Claro in Barranquilla and Panama that successfully completed its implementation with SmartJSP as a strategic partner in IT.

Solution: SmartCommunications

For this project it is required all the administrative and financial operations of the sector as cell phone distributors.

With the SmartCommunications solution, we integrate in the same 100% WEB environment, all the sales activities in the CRM functionality directly with the systems used by the cellular phone operators.

During the implementation plan, we trained users in advanced technical issues in order to create an autonomy at the moment in which the product needs to be modified and extended according to market needs in a way that they can have a tool that evolves with the core business and the company.
